Summer is one of those times when there is lot of heat. The hot sun results in allergies and other discomforts. With the full bloom of green grass, and beautifully bloomed trees, this is a time when allergies are on the rise and there is lot of pollen in the air. At such times, the outdoor mold comes across as a major allergen. It not only triggers sneezing and sniffing but also brings about itchy eyes during the hotter months.

Mold is one allergy that causes many triggers. Mold spores rise in the summer months and they are the reasons for most of the allergic problems in summer. Molds are of many kinds but there are only few which actually result in allergies. Molds are responsible for asthma, which is a major nuisance throughout the year. Altenaria is a kind of mold that shows a tendency to become high at various times of the year. It rises at any time. When the climate is very humid, such mold spores are on the rise.

People with mold allergy do not like to be outdoors and avoid going out. The air outside results in high mold counts. Such people work with masks on the face. There are many ways we could present a mold.

Ensure that there is no moisture and that the regions around are not damp. Repair all the humidifiers and leaks so that there is no problem of occurrence of mold in the surrounding. When you have a mold allergy, your entire immune system reacts adversely and you take in all the mild spores. There is thus a cascade effect, which results in a variety of molds being produced

Thus, mold allergy is very common in summer and the best way you could defend yourself is to bring down your exposure to anything that causes the problem.
